A group of carmakers, energy companies, battery charging networks, local governments and other constituents have formed a consortium to promote electric vehicles in California.
Dubbed Veloz, the group includes Audi, BMW Group, Daimler, Ford, Fiat Chrysler, Honda, Kia, Nissan and Subaru. Lyft, Uber, Proterra and Webasto also are members.
The group’s first campaign, “Electric For All,” will be launched later this month on radio, television and digital media. The ads will target potential car buyers with a goal of delivering leads to dealerships.
More information is available online at Veloz’s website.
