A residential skyscraper under construction in Miami will feature a “sky deck” for future flying cars.
The 60-story Paramount Miami World Center will have 500 high-end apartments, including two dozen penthouses.
Developer Daniel Kodsi says he is in talks about potential applications with several companies that are developing vertical-take-off-and-landing aircrafts. The building is due to be completed by year-end.
